My order was not delivered. Please check the tracking to see if your carrier attempted delivery. The easiest way to ensure quick delivery or redelivery is to call the carrier with your tracking number and arrange a delivery or redelivery date or to pickup your package from their local distribution center. Please contact customer service at 888.245.6035 if you need any additional information. Please note, an adult 21 years or older must be at the delivery location to receive your order.
My order has not shipped. Please contact customer service at 888.245.6035. While we take full responsibility for orders that are not shipped on time due to an error on our end, we are unable to ship orders until we are able to validate payment and address details. Please make sure your telephone number and complete address is included on the 'Bill To' and 'Ship To' section of our shopping cart to avoid delays.
My order was incorrect or incomplete. Please call us at 888.245.6035 and we will work to correct your order.
My order was damaged in transit. All orders are insured to cover damage by the carrier. This cost is included in our shipping fee. Please call us at 888.245.6035 and we will start the claim process with the shipper on your behalf. Please be prepared to take a photo of the items you received showing the damage or be able to speak with the carrier if it is required.
My order never arrived. call us within 24 hours of receiving your order and we will start the claim process with the shipper on your behalf.
