Can I include a gift message?
Yes, we are happy to include a message at no charge. Once you have added your items to the cart, you will be given the option to enter a message. Please note, this option will not appear until you add an item to the cart.
Can you remove all pricing from my order? It is a gift.
Our shipments do not include pricing information. The packing slip simply states contact information and a list of items.

We ship within the State of California. We do not ship to Post Office Boxes.

Can I pickup my wine at your warehouse?
We do not allow customers to pick up orders at our warehouse. All orders must be shipped to California addresses using our approved carriers.
Do you do special orders? I would like to send a gift to multiple people?

Do you ship outside California?
At this time, we only ship to addresses in California.
Where do you ship from?
All orders ship directly from our climate controlled warehouse located in Ventura, California.
Do you offer local delivery?
We do not offer local delivery at this time, however we anticipate same day and future day local delivery to be available in Fall 2017 for parts of Los Angeles, Ventura and Santa Barbara Counties.
Do you have sales, coupons or other offers?
We often have special offers for our customers. Please subscribe to our newsletter for more information about current and future offers. For the convenience (and sanity) of our customers, all current offers will be listed in our newsletters and on our website.
My order did not arrive? Where is it?
After your order has shipped, tracking information will be sent to the same email address as your order confirmation. Your tracking information will provide information the status of your order. If there was a missed delivery, please contact the shipping company directly to arrange another delivery or pickup at their local facility.
My order did not ship on time. What happened?
The most common reasons for delays in shipping are issues with shipping addresses and payment verification. On rare occasions, the items you ordered may be unavailable. Please call customer service at 888.245.6035 for more information.
I have a large collection of wine. Can I sell it to you?
We do not buy wine from private parties at this time.
I don't live in California. Can you ship to me?
At this time we only ship to addresses in California. Some of our customers have accounts at wine storage facilities within California. We are happy to ship to these facilities.
Do I have to be home to receive my order? Can the driver leave the package?
State law requires the delivery driver leave the order with an adult over the age of 21. For this reason, we recommend shipping your order to a business address where someone is available to receive the package.
My order is damaged. What should I do?

Do you charge Sales Tax?
Yes. As determined by California law, we charge sales tax on all orders shipped to addresses in the State of California.
